Questions about business email
Do I need a domain first?
Yes. Your email address uses your domain (the part after the @). Our annual website plans include one, or you can use a domain you already own.
Can I keep using my current Gmail or Outlook?
With forwarding, yes: new emails simply arrive there too. With a mailbox, you get a separate business inbox, which you can add to the same app on your phone.
What happens to my emails if I leave?
Mailboxes belong to your own Google or Microsoft account, so they stay with you. Forwarding keeps working as long as your domain does.
Why do my emails go to spam at the moment?
Usually because your domain is missing the SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. We add and test all three as part of setup.
